Rodney Krueger Sales Representative –Scraper Units & Ag Equipment Rod Krueger is the Scraper Tractor Sales Representative for Hogan Walker. In addition to these duties he also is a sells ag equipment. Rod grew up on a farm in North Central Kansas. He participated in many high school sports and was a member of 4-H and FFA. He also was actively involved in the family’s farm and ranch. Rod received an Associate Degree of Arts & Science from Cloud County Community College. He then continued his studies at Kansas State University. While attending Kansas State, Rod worked with a traveling harvest crew through out the plains states and also managed a farm/ranch for 2 years. He graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science and Industry. After completing his degree, he married his wife Amy, who was employed by Continental Grain. They moved to Mendota, Illinois, where they still live and are the happy parents of two children. Amy is the Quality Assurance Supervisor at the same facility which is now owned by Ridley Feed Ingredients. Upon moving to Mendota, Rod took a job selling Wayne Feeds for a local dealer for a year. With some sales experience under his belt, he took a new job selling Case-IH farm equipment in 1997. In 2001 Rod decided to make a change and came to Hogan Walker in Somonauk, Illinois. Rod joined the Hogan Walker team as an Ag Equipment Sales Representative. In 2002 he took on the additional task of developing and growing a market for the new tractor and scrapers designed for the commercial earth moving industry. Rod calls on commercial contractors who perform massive dirt moving projects designed to prepare for commercial and residential growth in the Chicagoland market. Hogan Walker is the John Deere scraper tractor dealer for the Chicago area. Rod and Amy spend their spare time with their children and love taking family outings with their horses. |
