Eric Scheuer
Customer Support Representative Eric Scheuer has worked as Hogan Walker’s Customer Support Representative since 2005. The main function of this job is to bring a superior level of support to Hogan Walker customers. Our AMS (GPS) products require a special technical knowledge which given Eric’s background he more than provides. Eric grew up on a farm in central Illinois. He was an active member of FFA at Fieldcrest High School in Minonk, Illinois. He graduated from Illinois Central College in Peoria with an Associates Degree in Applied Science Diesel Powered Equipment Technology. He then transferred to Illinois Sate University earning a B. S. Degree in Agribusiness. During and right after his college days Eric spent time working as a technician at Hogan Walker and other farm equipment dealerships. His service duties have been wide ranging, including work experience on tractors, combines, planting and tillage equipment. This experience, combined with his farm background and a natural sales ability provides the core for his proficiency in his job. Additionally he has attended special AMS classes provided through John Deere Company designed to fine tune his skill level for these cutting products.
